We strive to support small locally owned agricultural businesses. The terms EAT LOCAL & FARM to TABLE are “IN” right now for many reasons. For us, we want to know the source of the food products we serve on board of the Lady of the Sea. We are very fortunate in the Pacific Northwest to have many local growers, especially in Whatcom and San Juan Counties, to provide the majority of what we serve. We have been able to establish relationships with these growers, which put a smile on our face every time we get a delivery. Some of our favorites are Organically Grown Cascadia Mushrooms, FV Nerka’s Wild Hook and Line Caught Alaskan Coho, Sherpard’s Grain and Cedarville Farm’s Meats, Vegetables and Herbs.
