We will do everything in our power to ensure you have a great time on your small ship cruise adventure, but we do have some rules. Some are general rules for your safety and others protect our yacht, our equipment, and our crew. All our charters operate under the following Terms and Conditions:
1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Included/Excluded: (unless otherwise specified under Additional Conditions): The charter fee includes the services of the Captain and Crew, all breakfasts, lunches and dinners, beverages (excluding alcohol), fuel, all expenses related to running of the yacht and use of on-board water sport equipment. Children must be under the direct supervision of an adult in the charter party at all times. CHARTERER shall be fully responsible for their conduct and entertainment. It is a coast guard requirement that children age 12 and under MUST wear a personal floating device at all times on board the yacht, when not indoors. Smoking and/or the use of e cigarettes is not allowed on board the yacht (no exceptions). Pets and/or other animals are not allowed on board the yacht. The charter fee does not include (optional) customary crew gratuities, alcoholic beverages, off yacht excursions that require an admission, telephone, airport transfer or similar expenses incurred by the CHARTERER. Even though the Captain will make all efforts to end each charter at the time indicated, the time can not be guaranteed due to weather conditions, force majeure or accidents. The OWNER (Lady of the Sea Adventures LLC) is not responsible for expenses incurred by the CHARTERER due to late departure or arrival.
2. RESERVATION/CANCELLATION POLICY: A 50% Deposit of the Charter Fee is required the day of booking. The balance, including applicable taxes, is due 60 days prior to the beginning date of charter.
